Shahbaz Poorvash was born in 1950 in Iran. He studied civil engineering in Tehran and gathered experience until 1985 in various industries.

Shahbaz Poorvash decided 1986 to leave Iran and immigrated to Germany. Starting first as Managing Director in an Import-Export company he founded his own company in 1999. ARPE GmbH with its head office in Duesseldorf provided ever since consulting in the area of trade between European and Iranian companies.
Shahbaz Poorvash is in the mean while a German citizen, speaks fluently German, English and Farsi (Persian). He is married and both his sons have studied in Germany.
Payam Poorvash was born in 1973 in Tehran.
He studied Mechanical Engineering and Solid Mechanics at Kashan Azad university in Iran and completed with his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in 1999 (ISCED certified). After his studies he gahtered experiances in Management, Marketing, Project Management and Enterprise optimization.
In 2006 he founded in cooperation mit Arpe GmbH the consulting company PPM in Teheran. PPM is the operative part of Business-Iran in Iran and Armenia.
Payam Poorvash is married and is fluent in English and Farsi and holds both the Iranian and the American citizenship.
